This essential element comprises the mesh cage, mesh groove, couch roller, vacuum suction tank, and more. Here's how it works: Pulp is fed into the mesh slot at a precisely controlled concentration, encountering the rotating circular mesh within. The water level difference inside and outside the mesh facilitates a meticulous filtration and dehydration process, prompting fibers to form into wet paper sheets on the web. As these wet layers meet the drum, cloaked by the rotating circular mesh, they are expertly compressed against the drum. This process ensures the paper layer adheres seamlessly to the blanket, ready to be transported onward.

Frame: A robust and meticulously engineered structural foundation that supports the entire operation, ensuring stability and precision throughout the paper-making process.

Dryer: An expertly crafted component that ensures thorough drying of the paper, utilizing cutting-edge technology for optimal moisture removal and consistency.
 

The Paper Drying Cylinder: This integral machinery in the paper-making process is responsible for the continuous drying of formed paper pulp. Strategically arranged in a crosswise pattern within the paper machine, dozens of these cylinders work in harmony. Each drying cylinder is a drum-type pressure vessel, complete with rotating shafts affixed to the heads at both ends. Steam, employed for paper drying, is expertly channeled through the hollow shaft hole at one end. Inside, a lifting bucket, containing water, efficiently directs condensed water to the hollow shaft at the opposite end for discharge. Crafted from cast iron with a polished outer surface, these cylinders leverage the intrinsic properties of graphite flakes in cast iron, facilitating easy detachment of the paper blank. This prevents any adhesion of the paper during the drying phase, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
