As an integral part of this engineering marvel, the circular mesh assembly includes key components such as the mesh cage, mesh groove, couch roller, and vacuum suction tank. When pulp, introduced at specified concentrations, flows into the mesh slot, it meets the rotating circular mesh. This sparks a filtration and dehydration phenomenon, driven by the differential water levels inside and outside the mesh. Fibers artistically align to form a wet paper sheet on this wondrous web. As the wet paper meets the drum beneath the rotating circular mesh, it undergoes pressing by the drum, ensuring the paper layer clings seamlessly to the blanket, ready for the next stage of its journey.

The paper drying cylinder is a pivotal instrument within the paper-making machinery, dedicated to the continuous drying of freshly formed paper pulp. Arranged in a crosswise manner within the paper machine, dozens of these cylindrical marvels operate in harmony. Each cylinder, a drum-type pressure vessel, is equipped with rotating shafts at both ends. Steam, the lifeblood for drying paper, enters through a hollow shaft at one end. Inside, a lifting bucket elegantly manages water, moving condensed droplets to the opposite hollow shaft for expulsion. Cast in robust cast iron and polished to perfection, the drying cylinder's surface, enriched with graphite flakes, facilitates the easy detachment of the paper blank, thus preventing adhesion during the drying process.
