The paper formation begins when pulp, at a precise concentration, flows into the mesh slot, interacting with the rotating circular mesh. Thanks to the water level differential inside and outside the mesh, a filtration and dehydration process ensues, weaving fibers into a wet paper layer on the mesh. This delicate layer then meets the drum, which, covered by the rotating circular mesh, squeezes the paper, causing it to adhere to the blanket as it is carried away.
